School Occupational Therapist - Vincennes, Indiana

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Current Indiana licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous school-based OT experience, including writing and implementing IEP goals (preferred)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage a caseload of up to 100 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams, families, and the learning community
- Flexibility to support multiple school sites and adapt to varying student needs
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and providing direct occupational therapy services in alignment with each student’s IEP
- Documenting progress and participating in IEP meetings to advocate for students’ needs
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other therapists to facilitate student success and promote best practices
- Integrating therapeutic strategies that foster independence and engagement within the school environment
