Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments, developing, and implementing therapeutic interventions for elementary students within an on-site school setting
- Consulting and collaborating with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to create effective strategies for student success
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Adapting interventions and supports to fit individual student needs and IEP goals
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing insights for caseload decisions
