Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing caseload due to student mobility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person occupational therapy services, 7.5 hours per day, across a 60-day schedule
- Assess, treat, and document student progress within an educational environment
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals for comprehensive student care
- Develop, implement, and adapt intervention plans according to students’ needs
- Monitor and report on outcomes to help shape educational success
