- Familiarity with IEP creation, implementation, and documentation
- Skilled in evaluations and assessments within a school context
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in compliance with IEP requirements
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to support student needs and progress
- Develop, update, and implement IEPs suited to each child’s strengths and challenges
- Engage collaboratively with teachers, classroom aides, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer expertise and resources to support student success in an ASD classroom environment
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and therapy outcomes
- Maintain a professional and positive presence within the school community
