- Excellent communication skills for working with teachers, families, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students, both in-person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support students’ independence and participation in the classroom through specialized strategies
- Engage families in the therapeutic process, extending support into the home when needed
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and communications
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to drive holistic care and student success
