Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current California OT licensure and CTC credential required
- Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy is beneficial
- Comfortable in both onsite and virtual (Voco) settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Flexibility and organizational skills, especially for itinerant assignments
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate closely with school staff and administrators to optimize student access to services
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress in compliance with educational standards
- Adapt strategies and interventions to varied environments, both in-person and remote
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and support teams as required
