Occupational Therapist School Setting in Yorkville, IL

Step into an exciting contract opportunity providing essential occupational therapy services to K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license to practice occupational therapy (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred
- Comfortable working with students across K-12, adapting interventions to varied age groups
- Strong collaborative skills to work closely with educators and families
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group occupational therapy services to help students develop functional skills
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate OT goals into educational programs
- Participate in IEP meetings and complete compliant documentation
- Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding sensory, fine motor, and functional adaptations
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
