Qualifications & Experience:
- State licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience as an OT within a school or pediatric setting
- Strong understanding of school-based OT practices and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Creative, adaptable approach to address individual student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions for ESY students in diverse age groups
- Consult regularly with parents and educational staff, tailoring schedules for optimal student attendance
- Conduct assessments to identify and address skills impacting academic and daily functioning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress monitoring
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in line with district and legal guidelines
