Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license valid in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or education-focused clinical setting is highly valued
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students with various needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with their IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and create goal-directed treatment plans tailored to each child’s educational needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, educational specialists, and family members to support student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
- Serve as an active participant in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
