Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment within the local geographic area
Qualifications:
- One year of certified home care occupational therapy experience required
- Two years as a licensed Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehab, or home care settings
- Registered with the Massachusetts Board of Registration
- Proficient with computer software; experience with hand-held patient care devices is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills and cultural competence to work with diverse populations
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and adapt to changing clinical situations
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in patients’ residences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to plan and execute treatment
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and progress
- Document care and monitor outcomes using electronic medical records

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
