- Travel position within the provider’s service area
Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license with the Massachusetts Board of Registration
- Minimum of 1 year certified home care OT experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare
- Proficient in computer software; experience with hand-held patient care devices preferred
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable transportation for local travel
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in patient homes for all age groups
- Assess and manage cognitive and physical impairments caused by injury, disease, or disability
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals to create and implement care plans
- Coordinate resources and adapt to unique in-home environments
- Document all care accurately and timely using electronic systems

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
