Occupational Therapist - Springdale, Montana

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license
- Experience delivering occupational therapy in a hospital or acute care environment
- Proficiency with therapy assessments, care planning, and patient documentation
- Strong communication and collaborative skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
- Ability to tailor treatment for varied patient populations across age groups and medical conditions
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Implement effective occupational therapy treatments to address functional deficits
- Document patient progress, responses to interventions, and update goals as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home programs to facilitate continued progress
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and hospital regulations and standards

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
