Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Allentown, PA

Qualifications:
- Active COTA license in Pennsylvania
- Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- School-based, pediatric, or special education experience
- Ability to work within Carbon and Lehigh Counties
- Available for a full school-day schedule (up to 35 hours weekly)
- Skilled in supporting students with disabilities
- Prepared to interview in person
- A completed submission will require proof of active PA COTA licensure and NBCOT number, candidate’s full name and city of residence, as well as a tailored resume and a concise, bullet-pointed candidate summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students per individualized education plans and school guidelines
- Collaborate with Special Education teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions and communication
- Adapt therapy plans based on evolving student needs and educational goals
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions
- Participate in meetings or professional development as required by the assignment
