Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Nazareth, PA

Four positions are available, providing dedicated COTAs the opportunity to make a true difference in the lives of children within Carbon and Lehigh Counties, PA. This contract role involves up to 35 hours per week, closely following the local school calendar.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for helping students succeed and thrive in an educational setting. The positions require in-person service delivery and attendance at onsite interviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid Pennsylvania COTA license
- Current NBCOT certification as a COTA
- Previous experience in schools or special education is highly desirable
- Comfortable working with students with disabilities
- Ability and willingness to travel within Carbon and/or Lehigh Counties
- Available for a full school-day schedule (up to 35 hours weekly)
- Must be able to attend an in-person interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as directed by supervising therapists
- Support students' participation in daily school activities and educational programs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize service implementation
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress, complying with school documentation standards
- Assist with integration of therapy strategies into classroom routines and school activities
