Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid COTA certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with elementary-age learning and developmental needs

- Ability to adapt to changing environments and student needs
- Positive team mentality and proactive approach to problem-solving
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Document and track student progress, collaborating with the IEP team and other school professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized intervention strategies
- Offer guidance, resources, and support to teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and parent conferences as needed
- Provide a nurturing, supportive atmosphere to encourage every student’s growth
