School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Calhan, Colorado

What You’ll Need:
- Current Colorado COTA license required
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Adaptability for traveling between school sites within the district
- Stellar teamwork skills and a collaborative approach
Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Implement occupational therapy interventions as directed by licensed OTs
- Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
- Maintain detailed, compliant paperwork
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and parent communications
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments
