Qualifications:
- Current, active COTA license in Massachusetts
- School-based experience preferred, especially at the elementary level
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under OT supervision
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with elementary-age students
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and documenting progress
- Adapt activities to meet each child’s unique needs
- Foster positive relationships to encourage student participation and growth
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to support student success
