Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Massachusetts COTA license required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred

- Understanding of school-based practices and documentation
- Ability to adapt intervention plans to diverse needs and individualized education goals
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions as directed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Support and document students’ progress toward IEP or 504 goals
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Work full-time (approximately 30 hours per week, about 6 hours/day, five days/week) within the elementary school setting
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
- Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding students’ needs and progress
