Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Corona, CA

Desired Background and Experience:
- Valid COTA certification required
- At least one year of pediatric experience, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites daily
- Creative, compassionate, and flexible in adapting to changing needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under guidance from an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Support IEP implementation and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals
- Deliver engaging activities that advance fine/gross motor, visual-perceptual, and adaptive skills
- Maintain accurate session records and timely reporting
- Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual needs
Compensation and Benefits:
