COTA in Dallas, GA

Qualifications:
- Active Georgia COTA license required
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt strategies and interventions to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and related therapy goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal standards
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams to foster student participation and independence
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory integration, and adaptive skills for classroom success
