Work full-time, Monday through Friday, for 35 hours weekly, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027.
Qualifications:
- Valid COTA certification and state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic educational environment
- Passion for supporting middle school-aged students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions as directed by supervising occupational therapists
- Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct activities to enhance student participation in classroom and school activities
- Document services rendered and progress on student goals
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student progress and strategies
- Support inclusion and foster an engaging, accessible learning environment
