Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized occupational therapy interventions as directed by the supervising OTR
- Support the development of students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills crucial for success in the classroom
- Track student progress and contribute to documentation and reporting
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Communicate clearly with educators and parents regarding student goals and progress
- Maintain compliance with school district and state regulations
