As a key member of the educational team, you’ll provide critical support to students, helping them develop essential life and learning skills. With a manageable caseload and full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you’ll have ample opportunity to apply your skills and make meaningful connections throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Valid COTA certification and state licensure (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Prior experience with school-based occupational therapy caseloads highly preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with remote OTs and on-site educational staff
- Passion for supporting students K-12 and adapting to their unique needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to students according to IEP goals
- Support classroom integration and adaptation strategies
- Document progress and collaborate on student goals with the OT team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
