What We’re Looking For:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in South Carolina
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
- Ability to efficiently manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation
- Adaptability to rotate between assigned school locations as needed
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering direct therapy to 9-10 elementary students per day, mostly in focused 30-minute sessions
- Partnering daily with an Occupational Therapist to implement customized treatment plans
- Traveling between Robert E. Cashion, Bryson Elementary, Fork Shoals, Greenbrier, Fountain Inn Elementary, and Grove Elementary
- Contributing to the overall development and well-being of students through creative, evidence-based approaches
- Communicating progress and strategies with educational teams and parents
