Requirements:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred

- Ability to effectively manage and support K-12 student caseloads
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to facilitate student success in academic and functional skills
- Assist in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation processes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Adapt therapeutic activities to meet the diverse needs of students in both individual and group settings
