Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as developed by OT
- Work alongside classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate therapy goals
- Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills needed for classroom success
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback for IEP documentation
- Foster a supportive, encouraging environment for all students on your caseload
- Attend meetings and contribute to student planning as requested
