Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA certification/licensure required
- Prior experience or strong interest in working within school settings

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate successfully with educators, families, and related service providers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy support under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Help students achieve IEP goals through skill-building interventions
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy into classroom activities
- Record progress, maintain documentation, and assist in progress reporting
- Adapt activities and materials to increase student engagement and participation
- Participate in team meetings, student observations, and ongoing professional development
