In this collaborative role, you’ll work side-by-side with one of the district’s Occupational Therapists, providing direct treatment to around 9-10 students per day. Sessions are typically 30 minutes each, offering you the chance to impact individual student progress while maintaining a manageable caseload.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active South Carolina COTA license required
- Experience in a school or pediatric environment is highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple elementary sites

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions based on students’ individualized goals
- Collaborate with the supervising OT, educators, and support staff across assigned schools
- Assist in maintaining accurate session documentation and progress reports
- Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory integration, and other areas vital to school participation
- Engage families and teachers as partners in each child’s success
