What You'll Do:
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Contribute to implementing student treatment plans and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Support learners as they strengthen fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
- Accurately document services provided, record student progress, and report outcomes
- Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote student success
- Offer recommendations on classroom accommodations and adaptive equipment as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Kansas COTA license issued by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
- Current NBCOT certification
- Eligibility to work in Kansas school settings and compliance with district credentialing requirements
- Preferred: Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
