School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Kent, Washington

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy programs as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Assist in student assessments and help track progress toward IEP goals
- Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate student records following district protocols
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment in both individual and group settings
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other school personnel regarding student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as requested
