Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – School-Based
Location: Lancaster, CA
Pay: $40–$45/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support students in a school-based setting in Lancaster, CA!
Position Details
Full-time position
Elementary through high school caseload
Work alongside an Occupational Therapist and school-based team
Provide occupational therapy support across the assigned caseload
Travelers are welcome to apply!
Pay: $40–$45/hour, depending on experience
ASAP start date
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
Support students with fine motor, sensory, functional, and classroom-related skills
Implement treatment plans and activities developed by the supervising OT
Document student progress and services provided
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff
Help students participate successfully in the school environment
Qualifications
Current COTA certification
California COTA licensure/credentials required
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
