Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed COTA in Missouri (required)
- Prior experience delivering occupational therapy in educational settings preferred
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently across multiple school sites
- Strong interpersonal skills for working productively with students, educators, and families
- Commitment to service, with an understanding of school-based therapy practices and policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to around 32 students each week (approximately 800 minutes per week)
- Carry out interventions determined by supervising occupational therapists
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and assist with required reporting
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Organize and balance your own weekly schedule to ensure all students are served
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
