Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Los Angeles, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid and active COTA license in California
- Prior school-based COTA experience is required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with elementary-aged students in an educational setting
- Available to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Ready to begin on August 13, 2026 and available through June 9, 2027
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Support students’ participation in classroom and school activities through therapeutic interventions
- Assist in implementing and documenting individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to best support each student
- Maintain clear records and progress notes per school and district guidelines
