Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions.
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and functional school skills.
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service logs.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
- Participate in team meetings and support educational goals through therapeutic services.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
- Previous pediatric, school-based, or educational experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
