Key Qualifications:

  • Current COTA licensure in Connecticut (CT DPH License) and successful completion of the NBCOT exam.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Support and document student progress towards individualized goals.
  • Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to foster student growth and participation.
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students with different needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement.
  • Maintain clear records and communicate regularly with the supervising OT for effective care coordination.
