What We’re Looking For:
- Active COTA licensure and eligibility to practice in California
- At least one year of pediatric experience, preferably within a school setting
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to efficiently manage caseloads across multiple school sites
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic educational environments
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under OT supervision
- Assist with implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Conduct screenings, maintain accurate documentation, and collect data to aid in student assessment
- Travel between assigned schools as needed to provide consistent therapy support

For candidates meeting the ideal experience level, the discussed pay rate is around $50 per hour, with flexibility for highly qualified professionals.
