This position offers a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 35 hours per week. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid COTA license in New Hampshire, or eligibility
- Previous experience working within a school setting, preferably with middle school-aged students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with providing tailored occupational therapy interventions and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with occupational therapists, teachers, and families
- Detail-oriented approach to documenting progress and maintaining compliance
Responsibilities:
- Carry out individualized and group occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Support students in achieving educational and functional independence within the school environment
- Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and IEP development as needed
- Provide resources and consultation to staff and families to promote student success
