School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Quincy, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active MA COTA license in good standing
- Experience or genuine interest in school-based therapy and working with K-12 students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist with assessments and help create individualized plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and therapy spaces
- Track student progress, document sessions, and communicate regularly with staff and families
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support a positive, inclusive atmosphere focused on helping each student succeed
