School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Quincy, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid COTA license in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
- Experience collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as directed by an OT
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
- Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents
- Contribute to IEP meetings and implement individualized strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment
