Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Rumford, ME | 2026–2027 School Year
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time opportunity in Rumford, Maine during the 2026–2027 school year. This position will serve a K–12 caseload and is ideal for a COTA who enjoys supporting students across a variety of ages and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement individualized interventions and activities based on students’ IEP goals.
- Support fine motor, visual-motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Collaborate with the supervising OT, teachers, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Assist with strategies and accommodations that promote student participation and independence in the school environment.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active or eligible Maine COTA licensure
- NBCOT certification as applicable
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
