Key Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California
- Previous experience working as a COTA in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy support to an elementary caseload as outlined by the supervising therapist
- Implement individualized student treatment plans during regular school hours
- Document student progress and collaborate with the school team to adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Engage students in activities to improve their fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Maintain clear communication with teachers, related service staff, and families
