Key Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California required
- Prior school-based experience essential
- Comfortable working with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an OT
- Support students in achieving their individualized goals within classroom and school activities
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to adapt activities and environments for student success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation on student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student plans as needed
- Work fully onsite at a designated elementary campus
- Uphold professional standards and school policies

- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
