Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA license in California required
- Previous experience working in school-based settings
- Comfortable managing an elementary caseload
- Available to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Willingness to participate in a virtual interview process
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting student growth in an educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students under the supervision of an OTR/L
- Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with district guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district policies
- Support classroom staff in adapting activities and environments to promote student participation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student intervention strategies
- Travel to onsite school locations as needed within the assignment parameters
