Key Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized student treatment plans within the school environment
- Work directly with students to support development in self-care, motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors
- Monitor and document student progress; provide observations and feedback to the IEP team
- Collaborate with educators and parents to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and daily activities
- Prepare and organize therapeutic materials for activities and interventions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student support strategies
