Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across a K-6 building
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Provide creative and individualized interventions to promote independence and functional skills in the classroom
- Communicate regularly with teaching staff and families to ensure continuity of care and support
- Adjust strategies and interventions based on student response and goals
