Required Skills & Experience:
- Current certification and licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred
- Comfort and adaptability working with students from preschool through high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy support services to students as directed by supervising staff
- Travel between assigned locations to meet students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support IEP or 504 plans
- Accurately document interventions and progress
- Participate in team meetings as required
