Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT
- Float between classrooms and schools to meet varying student needs
- Implement therapy plans and document progress toward goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Support IEP-related activities and participate in team meetings as needed
- Adjust to evolving caseloads, providing coverage and support where required
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment with each interaction
