Key Qualifications:
- Current Michigan license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapeutic interventions and activities as prescribed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Assist with the assessment of students’ needs and progress, contributing observations and data
- Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Support classroom staff by modeling exercises and strategies for student engagement and independence
- Help students develop or improve fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills necessary for academic success
