Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist credentials/certification as required by state guidelines
- Experience delivering OT services within school-based, home health, and/or healthcare settings
- Proficiency supporting students via in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Strong understanding of interventions for K–8 populations
- Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to K–8 students per Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to promote supportive classroom environments
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, session notes, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
