Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Michigan

- Adaptability to changing caseload demands and scheduling within a school setting
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify unique needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy, consultative support, and recommendations to help students access their curriculum and participate fully in school life
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate occupational therapy strategies into daily routines
- Conduct regular documentation, maintain compliance with school policies, and contribute to IEP processes and meetings
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills within classroom and small group settings
- Actively participate in problem-solving and creative approaches to maximize student outcomes
